We recognize that dealing with divorce can be very challenging for clients, especially when children are involved. Our approach is to inform our clients of their rights, and protect those rights to the very best of our abilities. While our primary focus is on the legal aspect of the divorce, we try to remain sensitive to the financial and emotional impacts the divorce can have on our clients. We have found that clients are typically more satisfied if they resolve their divorce through a negotiated settlement. However, there are times when such a solution is not possible and we must pursue court-ordered relief.
